Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
